Medders Family Farm's famous peanut butter filled hearts. They are filled with your choice of Double Honey or Salted Caramel peanut butter and covered in hand poured real milk chocolate.
Hearts last 3-4 weeks at room temperature. This is a natural peanut butter product so the peanut butter can separate and leak out of the chocolate at room temperature but they are perfectly safe. They will hold longer in the refrigerator without separation or can be stored frozen for up to 6 months.
These are gluten free and made in a safe kitchen without cross contamination.
