Our creamy, smooth Butter Flavored Olive Oil is redolent with the rich flavor of butter. There are no animal products used in our proprietary all-natural flavoring method! Use as a butter substitute or anywhere you might use melted butter including: over hot popcorn, seafood/fish, bread dip, drizzled over rice, pasta, mashed potatoes or in various baking applications.
A unique trick is to pour a small amount of Butter Flavored Olive Oil in a bowl and place in refrigerator and allow to solidify which can later be used as a spread. Combine equal parts of Butter Flavored Olive Oil with any of our dark fruity balsamics to create a syrup for pancakes, waffles, French toast. Our favorite is pair the Butter Flavored Olive Oil with either our Blueberry or Vermont Maple Dark Balsamics.
