BB said chicken parmesan belonged on a plate. Jack said if you couldn’t eat it standing in the kitchen, it wasn’t real Italian engineering. Twenty loud minutes, three hand gestures, and one “ask your mother” later, somebody hollowed out fresh bread and stuffed the whole thing inside. Mama called them knuckleheads… right before making a second one.
Stuffed. Messy. Worth it.
